Here are just a few of my spreadsheets and printables to help any of you other cookie moms out there!
Troop Management
Cookie Order Tracking
This spreadsheet helps keep me organized for the initial order and any subsequent reorders and pickups. It also helps me to keep track of how many troop cookies I have on hand (both for booth selling and fulfilling girl orders out of my cupboard instead of the SU cupboard).
Booths
Booth Accounting
This is my spreadsheet for keeping track of booth shifts, cookies sold, and credits that each girl needs to receive. Our troop does “troop/booth cookies” (so each girl does not bring her own stash). We also do an average of the entire weekend so that any girls stuck on a cold, rainy shift at a low-volume booth can receive the same amount of credit as the girls working the easy, sunny, high volume booth. Arguably, the cold, rainy girls have a harder shift than the easy one where cookies are selling themselves. We also do 1hr shifts. If a girl works 2 hrs at a booth that day, she’ll have 2 shifts, while girls that work 1hr will have 1 shift. Cookies are averaged per shift, and then multiplied by the number of shifts worked to make sure everyone gets the correct amount of credit.
Booth Tracking
Here are 2 printables to take with you to your booth. The girls can put tally marks in each column as they sell a box to track how many they’ve sold at this booth and how much money they took in at the end. This also allows girls to ‘sign in’ to the booth to make sure everyone that works the booth gets credit. For anyone that donates to Operation Cookie, there’s a separate tally sheet
Booth Sign-out and Sign-in
These are sheets that the parents who are responsible for the supplies at the cupboard will use to sign-out before the booth starts and then sign-in when the booth is finished.

Cookie Booth Sign-In (After booth is finished)
Signage
